    GALLO-DSG common electric lifting pole is an electric lifting device which can provide a high antenna for the truck. It can automatically lift the top load to the specified height to ensure that the top load works steadily and safely in the air.

    The electric lifting rod adopts high efficiency and reliable screw drive as power source. The lifting motion is stable, free, no impact and jitter, and has reliable locking function. After lifting, the electric lifting rod can lock in any height and direction and keep reliable operation.

    The electric lifting rod can be lifted automatically. When the automatic lifting function fails or power is cut off, it can be lifted manually. The manual operation is efficient and portable.

    The electric lifting rod adopts dual power system, and the lifting and lowering actions are driven by power, which ensures that the lifting rod system can safely lift in harsh environment.

    Electric lifting rod has strong environmental adaptability. The lifting rod can work in plain, hilly land, mountain, plateau, coast and other environments. Rubber seals are used between the multi-section rods, which have excellent waterproof, ice-proof and sand-proof performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the rod body are specially treated and have excellent anti-mould and salt fog properties. Class three defense performance.

    1 Composition and Application of Electric Lifting Rod

    The electric lifting rod is composed of four antenna poles, driving motor, transmission mechanism, wire rope linkage mechanism and control part.

    The function of this product is to shorten the system preparation time, quickly erect antenna, and meet the system's maneuverability requirements. It has the following functions:

    (a) Manual or electric lifting;

    The installation interface of the top flange is shown in Fig. 1, and the outline size and installation interface are shown in Fig. 2.

    The bottom of the electric lifting rod is provided with a water outlet. When the lifting rod is installed, a certain space should be left here so that the accumulated water in the rod can be discharged smoothly (as shown in Figure 2).

    3 Conclusion

    In summary, the system can meet the needs of electric and manual lifting of antenna pole. The pole body is rigid and strong. It does not need to be tied by wire rope when working, which greatly reduces the requirement of using position for lifting pole. It has good reliability and small swing and torsion of pole body. It can meet different requirements.
