II. Design of Broadcasting Live Vehicle
1. Design Ideas
Broadcasting live broadcasting truck should fully reflect the broadcasting characteristics, realize fast and flexible operation, timely meet the needs of the program, and provide reliable technical means to produce and transmit high-quality broadcasting programs.
2. Design function
The owners of live broadcasting should realize the following functions:
(1) Live broadcast and commentary of motorcade movement;
(2) Live broadcasting, including wireless microphone participation, telephone participation, etc.
(3) Extension of general live programs;
3. Design objectives
(1) Advancement: The car body design fully reflects the broadcasting characteristics, makes full use of limited space, flexible, convenient, mobile and fast, system integration adopts the combination of analog and digital, signal transmission adopts the combination of wireless and wired, to maintain the overall advanced performance;
(2) Reliability: Power supply, transmitter, sound source, amplifier and other major equipment are equipped with the main spare configuration, signal return using wireless and wired dual channels to ensure the reliability of system integration;
(3) Economy: We should not only reduce cost effectively, but also realize the rational use of limited space in the car.
III. Overall layout of live broadcasting trucks
The radio live broadcasting vehicle can be refitted with the chassis of Iveco 1046 head frame. The car is divided into three areas: driving area (and broadcasting area), equipment area and live broadcasting work area. After the modification of the live broadcasting truck, rain, bump, noise and other test tests are carried out to ensure the safety of the standard. Except for the equipment system, the safe and reliable use time of the whole vehicle should be longer than 10 years.
1. Driving area: three people can sit in driving area; sound absorption partition is installed between driving area and equipment area to reduce noise in live broadcasting work area, and observation window (which can be opened) and sound insulation door (which is connected with equipment area) are left on partition; when live broadcasting in fixed place, the driving area is used as hotline telephone to receive and direct broadcasting, and telephone station is configured. The intercom system is configured between the driving area and the working area.
2. Equipment area: The equipment area is mainly composed of 19'standard bracket, signal wiring box, worktable, two folding seats, driving air conditioning system and hand-operated lifting antenna pole. The standard bracket contains the system equipment and the emergency passage between the equipment area and the live broadcasting working area. Signal wiring box contains all kinds of signal wiring frame (telephone line, network line, optical fiber, audio line, speaker line, etc.). The equipment area is equipped with one maintenance lighting lamp (automobile battery power supply), one city power supply and one UPS power outlet on the side.
3. Live broadcasting workspace: Live broadcasting workspace includes workbench (built-in mixer), lifting chair 3, right foldable chair 1, and left chair including toolbox and isolation transformer 1. Lighting fluorescent lamp 2 (car battery power supply) and working lamp 2 should also be equipped in the live broadcasting workspace.（ City power supply). The live broadcasting workspace can accommodate 6 seats.
4. Top: 2 lifting FRP omnidirectional gain antennas, audio radio frequency interface box, stainless steel guardrail and ventilation fan are installed.
5. Back side: There is a driving door on the left side and a transparent observation window corresponding to the live broadcasting workspace (propaganda and curtains can be installed in 200cm*80cm). On the right side, there are front doors and Live Workspace doors, and there is also a transparent viewing window corresponding to live workspace. The left and right windows in the live broadcasting area are fixed and can not be opened. The rear door is a lifting rear door, which is equipped with 10mm thick high strength transparent glass (size 120 cm*160cm with curtain), with movable support bracket (fixed place can be removed); the upper part of the rear is equipped with tool cabinet hanger and two loudspeakers.
6. Other
The propaganda words can be printed on the front, back, left and right sides of the car body. The weight of the equipment for the car body configuration is less than 1 ton. The left and lower parts of the car body are equipped with 100m 2*4 core audio cable tray, 3 core power cable tray and 6 power-saving batteries. The back of the car body is equipped with movable climbing ladder, which is usually fixed in the equipment area of the car.
