The versatile SRG-301SE PTZ camera captures full HD color video images in meeting rooms, step classrooms and training rooms. Users can remotely control it over a standard IP network and can be used as a primary or secondary camera for a wide range of visual imaging applications, from video conferencing to remote surveillance, higher education and telemedicine.
The camera transmits full HD (1080/60p) video in h.264 and clear AAC digital audio via both an IP network connection and SG-SDI. Thesis, the SRG-301SE is ideal for corporate presentations, training sessions, webcasts, and other activities that require real-time streaming of content to the Internet and recording to CD for editing and archiving.
The sensitive ™ CMOS sensor ensures superior low-light sensitivity. Sony's unique View-DR technology expands the dynamic range to ensure clear images in harsh backlight conditions and extreme scenes such as low light or darkness. XDNR technology enhances image quality captured in poorly lit rooms, even with digital zoom.
The camera's wide field of view makes it easy to cover everyone in the room. Smooth, quiet PTZ operations quickly reconstruct the picture without disturbing the speaker or audience members. The powerful 30x optical zoom is further enhanced by a 12x digital zoom to capture high-quality close-ups of distant objects. Images can be viewed in real-time via IP using a web browser on a PC or mobile device, or up to 256 stored camera viewing location settings can be recalled.
You can fine-tune the audio from the connected microphone using the on-board equalizer and automatic level control to hear ultra-clear sound. In addition, automatic lip sync ingress synchronicity prevents distracting sound-painting mismatches.
The VisCA command protocol can be used to control the SRG-301SE over a standard IP network. PC control software allows users to remotely adjust basic and advanced settings through a simple, intuitive interface.

Supports the RS-232C/RS-422 protocol for easy connection to a variety of peripherals. Users can also control the camera by using the VISCA protocol for a standard IP network.
