    1. Description of splicing system

    Multi-screen multi-window image mosaic processor is a professional high-end high-definition image mosaic processing equipment, which can display multiple dynamic real-time pictures on multiple display terminals at the same time.     This product adopts a large-scale array processing framework of FPGA, full hardware card design. It integrates ultra-high bandwidth video signal acquisition, real-time high-resolution digital image processing, two-dimensional high-order digital filtering and other high-end image processing technologies. It has powerful processing capacity, and can fundamentally guarantee all input video into. Full real-time processing, no delay, no frame loss. It can support various input modes of analog or digital signal sources, such as computer signal (VGA/RGB), high-definition component signal (YPBPR), composite video CVBS, high-definition digital signal (DVI/HDMI), HD-SDI/3G-SDI, optical fiber, etc. It can automatically detect the input state of signal, and input image resolution can support almost all of the current. Common display resolution, digital video can support 1080P high-definition signal. Support DVI / HDMI output mode, output resolution support all common realistic resolution. Output picture not only has excellent image quality, but also adds many new functions, such as dynamically adjusting window size, roaming window, overlapping window, etc. Each input of splicer can be adjusted and positioned at any position on the screen.     3、RS-232Communication Port and Connection Method

    This series of products provide two serial ports: RS-232 input port and RS-232 output port (Fig. 1.6-1), input port and computer connection, output port connected with other communication equipment through serial port and computer. If users want to use a computer or central control equipment to control multiple serial devices, it will take up too many serial ports, and use our equipment can achieve multiple device cascade. Signals are input from RS-232 input port and output from RS-232 output port to other devices, thus eliminating multiple serial ports of users. The connection method can be referred to in figs. A and B.

    Pure Hardware FPGA Architecture--Using pure hardware FPGA image processing architecture, using excellent image processing algorithm, fast start-up speed, high stability, no operating system, to avoid crash, blue screen, hardware conflict, virus interference and so on.

    Double screen and double line functionThe device has the function of doubling and multiplying the input signal frequency. It can process the doubling and multiplying line of the input signal with low resolution and low field frequency. It can process and output the same resolution signal in a unified way, which greatly improves the overall quality of the picture.
