Gas Mask Leakage Test EquipmentApplicable Standard: GB 2890-2009 Standard Requirements

Gas Mask Leakage Test EquipmentTechnical specifications:

    1. Oil mist volume less than 100L/min

    2. AERODYNAMIC PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION OF OIL MIST is 0.02~2um; MASS MEDIUM DIAMETER is about 0.3um.

    3. Photometer: 0.001-200 mg/m3; Response time is not more than 500 ms

    4. Flow: 1-2L/min

    5. Oil mist concentration 150-200 mg/m3

6 and 4 samples, 2 of which were untreated and 2 pretreated.

Gas Mask Leakage Test EquipmentTest conditions

    1. Each mask was fitted to 10 persons whose head and face sizes were in line with their fittings for wearing tests. Subjects were required to shave their beards clean. Facial mask should be worn according to the sensation of the subjects. Headband adjustment should not be too tight or too loose.

    2. Detect the concentration of oil mist in warehouse 150-200 mg/m3

    3. If the manufacturer does not have the filters with oil mist filtration efficiency, it is allowed to replace the filters with more than 99.995% in the test process.

    4. The position of sampling tube in the inspection warehouse should be located in the active area of the subject's head. Sampling tube should be installed on the sample to be measured. The interface should be kept airtight, and the end of the tube should be close to the oronasal region.

Gas Mask Leakage Test Equipmenttesting procedure

    1. Put the oil mist into the test bin, adjust the concentration to the stable concentration required by the test, start the pumping pump, and measure the concentration of the airflow by photometer.

    2. Subjects wear masks correctly, make preliminary air tightness check according to the method of use, adjust and connect the sampling tube to the photometer appropriately.

    3. Turn on the pump and measure the airflow concentration in the mask when the subjects breathe in the smokeless air outside the warehouse. Take 5 numbers, the average background concentration.

    4. Let the subjects enter the test chamber and complete the following actions according to the instructions. Measure the concentration of airflow in the mask under each action, with 5 data each. The average value of the airflow concentration is regarded as the leakage concentration of the action.

    A. Quiet state for 1 minute

    B. Head swing up and down for 1 minute

    C. Speech for about 1 minute

Gas Mask Leakage Test Equipmenttest result

    1. Leakage rate of full cover is not more than 0.05%.

    2. Leakage rate of half mask is not more than 2%.
