    The respirator airtightness test equipment only detects half of the mask. No one of the following conditions can be found in each sample:

    When the exhaust gas velocity has reached 500 mL/min, the negative pressure of the system can not reach 1180 PA.

    The recovery time of expiratory valve to atmospheric pressure is less than 20 seconds.

    The respirator airtightness test equipment consists of 4 samples, of which 2 are untreated and 2 are pretreated.

    Test method of respirator airtightness test equipment for protective masks:

    Wear the mask on the matching test die, seal the suction valve and wet the exhaust valve. Start the vacuum pump, make the negative pressure in the mask reach 1000Pa, stop pumping, start timing, observe and record the negative pressure drop in the mask for 60s.
