    Antistatic warp knitted fabrics are selected for field investigation suits in autumn and winter. The overall design reflects the fashion of clothing according to the nature and location of work.     Exploration clothing has the functions of waterproof and breathable, anti-static (non-adsorption), anti-corrosion (acid and alkali), wear resistance and so on.
    Functions:
    1. Permeability: Cloth breathes more than 140 liters per second per square meter.
    2. Furring and pilling: Fabric fuzzing and pilling is classified into 5 grades, which is the highest standard and requires up to 4 grades.
    3. Fracture strength: the longitudinal (T) and latitudinal (W) fabrics (5 cm wide and 20 cm long) are used, the longitudinal fracture strength exceeds 1300 (N), and the latitudinal fracture strength exceeds 600 (N).
    4. Anti-acid permeability: Take 80% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid and 40% nitric acid and pour them on the cloth separately. The anti-permeability lasts more than 20 minutes.
    5. Anti-acid fracturing: put a glass tube on the cloth, pour 80% sulfuric acid into the glass tube, 50 mm high without leakage.
    6. Anti-acidity: Take one piece of warp (T) and weft (W) cloth and call it W 1. After soaking in concentrated sulfuric acid, take out the shaking acid and call it W 2, W 1/W 2*100%. The data is more than 80%.
    7. Anti-alkali index: 40% sodium hydroxide anti-penetration for more than 20 minutes.
    8. Waterproofing performance: waterproofing performance using percentage system, the highest standard is 100 points, using spraying method, up to 90 points.
    9. Anti-static property: the cloth will be disconnected after 1 minute contact with 8000 volt static voltage. After 30 seconds, the electrostatic quantity on the cloth will be detected by the electrostatic measuring instrument. The time required for the pointer of the detector to point to zero will not exceed 2 seconds.
