Product introduction:
1. Half-helmet design, the shell adopts imported fire-proof and heat-insulating composite material, after high temperature combustion, the cap shell will not appear droplet phenomenon, more aging resistance, higher strength, stronger impact resistance. The half helmet design effectively protects the side of the head and the back neck. It has the characteristics of anti-sharp impact, high temperature resistance, puncture resistance, anti-corrosion, radiation protection, insulation and so on. Dual protection is applied to the top of the head with obvious reflective signs. There are up to six layers of fire and heat insulation buffer at the top of the cap. It can effectively protect the top of the head from external impact and high temperature. Lining knob design can easily adjust the size of the helmet to suit different head wear. Top belt design keeps the head cool. Top liner is comfortable and easy to wash. The forehead part of the top band can adjust the depth of helmet wear at will. It is equipped with a special neck guard shawl with detachable type. The mandibular strap is made of flame-retardant fabric. It is easy to adjust the size. The helmet can be printed with signs and user-specified words.
2. The helmet adopts modular design. Each part of the cap shell, cap, lining, mask and so on can be replaced separately, which is conducive to reducing the cost of use.
3. The mask is made of 260 C high temperature polymer which meets the national standard. Effective protection area of 180mm * 380mm * 2m, shock resistance, to meet the requirements of European EN166 optical standards (see the object does not deform). It effectively improves the safety and heat insulation of the whole face, and is treated with anti-fog and scratch coating. It does not affect the normal wearing of respirator mask.

The elongation length is 7.8 mm (standard < 20 mm).
Lateral rigidity: maximum deformation of cap shell is 38.2 mm (standard requirement < 40 mm).
Deformation after unloading is 6.2 mm (standard requirement < 15 mm).
Electrical insulation performance: leakage current of cap and case is 1.5 mA (standard < 3 mA).
