    Finland's GASMET Dx4045 is a real portable on-site Fourier transform infrared gas analyzer. It applies laboratory analysis techniques to the detection of environmental gases or gaseous volatiles in emergency sites. GASMET Dx4045 is simple to operate, strong in structure and powerful in analysis. It is especially suitable for harsh site environment such as accidents, battlefields, emergency relief, accident disasters, health and epidemic prevention, fire fighting and so on. In the pollution accident scene, the type and concentration of pollutants can be measured in as short a time as possible with portable, simple and fast detection instrument. It includes the determination of gaseous and liquid pollutants.
    Product characteristics:
    The GICCOR high transmittance Michelson interferometer with patented technology is only the most reliable interferometer on the market today, and its robust structure exceeds the military vibration standard. Optical materials are moisture-proof and moisture-proof, and the air chamber is corrosion-proof. Direct sampling does not require sample pretreatment. There are two kinds of AC power supply modes with built-in rechargeable battery 220V. The operation of wireless PDA (Chinese interface) is simple and intuitive. The Chinese analysis software CALCMET has powerful functions. It can give quantitative analysis results of 50 groups at a time. It can also be used for rapid qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of unknown gases.
    For emergency monitoring, the wireless Bluetooth PDA can sample and analyze rapidly and continuously, obtain quantitative analysis results of 50 gaseous components at one time, and store data and spectra simultaneously. PDA built-in digital camera and GPS, a person can measure the results, geographical coordinates, photos of the accident site sent to the scene command.
    All gases with spectral absorption in the mid-infrared range (600-4250 cm-1) can be simultaneously analyzed. In addition to diatomic eutectic molecules and inert gases (H and O ramming), most organic and inorganic gases can be analyzed. It can be widely applied to the analysis of various gases in the field environment.
    The gas chamber and mirror are coated with gold and rhodium to prevent the corrosion of corrosive gases. The multiple reflectance path is 9.8 M. It is specially designed for the field measurement of different compounds in low concentration air. The detection limit of most combinations is less than 0.5 ppm.
    Scanning speed is very fast, 10 times a second. Rapid analysis can choose 1 or 5 seconds, trace gas analysis can choose 3 or 5 minutes, and continuous sampling analysis can be carried out.

    Ex-factory calibrated components are calibrated by precise single component calibration to achieve accurate quantitative analysis. Each component can be calibrated at multiple points to ensure linearity. The calibration concentration can be from ppm level to percentage level. The accuracy of analysis is plusmn; 3%. Only one initial calibration is needed, and no further calibration is needed.
    Provide corresponding calibration packages for the users in different application fields for multi-component quantitative analysis. In case of special circumstances, it can also be calibrated according to user's needs. It is equipped with spectrum groups of gas components in unused application areas, which are used for qualitative search of unknown components and are constantly upgraded.
    CALCMET has many functions of searching and comparing spectral databases. It is convenient for users to search and characterize unknown gases quickly. CALCMET provides users to set alarm limits for each component by themselves. Field playback function is convenient for users to analyze and study the field in the future. The analysis results can be saved into text format, which is convenient for users to write analysis reports.
    Daily maintenance workload is very small and the cost is low. Clean maintenance and water calibration are required only once every two years on average.
