3, oil resistance:
Firefighterfire fire protection rubber boot material samples soaked in 24h in a standard oil with a temperature of 23 degrees C and 2 degrees C, with volume changes in the range of -2% to 10%.
4, acid-resistant alkaline energy:
The samples of firefighterfire-fighting protective rubber boots were soaked in a temperature of 23 degrees C and plusmn, 3.7mol/L of acid and alkali at 2 degrees C, 70h and plusmn in sodium hydroxide solution at 6.0mol/L, and no significant change in physical mechanical properties after 2h.
5, metal liner corrosion resistance:
The metal liner sample was free of corrosion after contact with 48h of sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 0.25%.
6, anti-smash performance;
Firefighterfire fire protection rubber boots boots are 10.78kN static pressure test and impact hammer quality of 23kg, falling height of 300mm impact test, the clearance height is not less than 15mm.
7, anti-piercing performance:
Firefighters extinguishfire protective rubber boots outside the outside of the anti-puncture force is not less than 1100N.
8, anti-cutting performance:
Firefighterfire fire protection rubber boots are not pierced after cutting a knife with a total weight of 800g.
9, electrical insulation performance:
Firefighterfire fire protection rubber boots breakdown voltage is not less than 5000V, and leakage current is less than 3mA.
10, thermal insulation performance:
When firefighterfire fire protection rubber boots are heated for 30min in the insulation performance test, the temperature rise on the inner surface of the boot base is not greater than 22 degrees C.
11, anti-thermal radiation penetration performance:
Firefighterfire fire protection rubber boots with a radiation heat flux of 10Kw/m2 plusmn; 1 Kw/m2, irradiated 1min, its inner surface rose no more than 22 degrees C.
12, waterproof:
Firefighterfire fire protection rubber boots in the waterproof performance test without seepage phenomenon.
13, anti-slip performance:
