1. Method of use:
1. Turn the switch to the left and turn the handle clockwise.
2. Turn the switch to the right and turn the handle counter-clockwise to close it.
Notes:
1. When the tool is deployed, the hand force should not exceed 100 ft/lb (equivalent to 70 m/kg). Otherwise, the elongation part and
External pipeline will be damaged and distorted.
2. When the tool is closed, turn the switch to the left and turn it clockwise.
By doing so, it can avoid locking the tool because of excessive manual force when it is closed, and at the same time, it can improve the efficiency of use.
