Deploy the corresponding number and types of cold storage boxes according to the product parameters; Prepare refrigeration equipment with enough capacity, which can be ordinary refrigerators, freezers, refrigerators, or other refrigeration equipment. Require that the refrigeration environment below - 18 C must be provided, and the temperature of the refrigeration equipment should be set to - 18 C - 35 C; Prepare refrigeration equipment with sufficient capacity. When the box is put into the refrigeration equipment, the gap between the cold storage box and the cold storage box must be maintained (about 1 cm is recommended) in order to facilitate the refrigeration cycle, so as to minimize the time needed to complete the freezing and cold storage. When the temperature in the box reaches the required temperature, the sample should be moved into the cold storage and constant temperature box, and the sample should be kept with the inner wall of the cold storage and constant temperature box. Hold a distance of more than 1 cm; quickly remove the completely frozen cold storage box from the refrigeration equipment and put it into the cold storage box to determine the location of the cold storage box; close the door of the box and lock it.
