Using the adhesive layer of the shooting residue sampling box to extract the attachment on the suspect's hand, the sampling box is placed directly on the sample table of the electron microscope for amplification observation. If the suspect has a shooting residue on his hand, particles of the residue can be observed on the viscose layer of the sampling box.
