(1) Functional characteristics:
Road traffic accident scene investigation refers to the process of shooting and collecting evidence on the spot by the public security traffic management department after receiving the traffic accident report and arriving at the accident scene. When investigating road traffic accidents, traffic police should collect evidence objectively, comprehensively, timely and legally.
