The Blue Series 2rd Generation Passive Infrared Detector (ISC-BPR2) is an upgraded version of the DS940T, using two Fresnel lenses that provide excellent focused imaging, leaving intruders with nowhere to hide. These lenses provide a high density (77 zone) 7-layer mode, and the optional lower-view lens provides an additional three lower viewing areas. Easy-to-install and flexible mounting options provide best-in-class detection.
Pet-resistant technology (-WP) can generate an alarm signal to any intruder without generating a false alarm signal caused by a pet.
One-step detection technology (FSP)
One-step detection technology (FSP) responds to human targets almost instantaneously without false positives caused by other causes. FSP is able to adjust the sensitivity of the detector based on signal amplitude, polarity, slope, and timing. This eliminates the hassle of selecting sensitivity levels for installers, improving ease of use and reliability.
Pet-resistant technology options (WP models only)
The installer can turn pet protection on or off as needed in the application. When the pet-resistant feature is turned off, the detector provides the same superior capture performance as non-pet technology models. When the pet-proof function is turned on, the detector can distinguish the signals generated by humans and pets, respectively. The detector ignores signals from one or two pets (with a total weight of no more than 20 kg (45 lb) or multiple rodents, such as rats or beavers.
Dynamic temperature compensation
The detector intelligently adjusts the sensitivity at any temperature to ensure that almost every intruder is identified.

Self-locking housing
The sliding self-locking housing has a built-in bubble level and is equipped with custom gap-free, elevated door terminals for added ease of installation.
Sealed optical and electronic components
Optical and electronic components are mounted at the front of the housing to seal the cover against damage during installation. In addition, the sealed optical imaging chamber prevents airflow and insect interference with the detector.
Test function
External visible alarm LEDs can be disabled after installation.
