    Introduction to CA2000
    CA2000 is a highly reliable, high-precision, respiratory alcohol detector. Its core components use a new high-tech microoxide semiconductor, can accurately detect the gas alcohol content, and not from the smell of smoke, cola, coffee and other non-alcoholic gases interference. The CA2000 is compact, lightweight and simple to operate, making it the best choice for portable applications.
    Second, the principle of detection
    When n-type conductive oxides are exposed to the atmosphere, their resistance increases by reducing the number of electrons inside the oxygen as a result of adsorption. Subsequently, if there is a specific reductive gas in the atmosphere, it reacts with the adsorption of oxygen, thus increasing the number of electrons in the oxide, resulting in a decrease in oxide resistance. Semiconductor-oxide sensors are used to analyze gas concentrations by changing the resistance.

    Four, the operation method
    1, press the power switch, the instrument for internal self-test and warm-up, showing from 200 to 0 countdown, lasted 20 seconds.
    2, the end of the timing issued a sound prompt, while the green light is bright, while the middle of the yellow light flash, indicating that the instrument is normal, can begin detection.
    3, the tube is aimed at the intake air blowing 4 seconds, if the detection of alcohol, buzzer alarm, red, green light flashing at the same time. In another 4 seconds, the concentration data is displayed, if the concentration is between 0.00 and 0.40, only the green light flashes, if it is greater than 0.50, only the red light flashes, accompanied by a rapid sound alarm. The concentration data remains for 15 seconds after the instrument display changes to OFF. (Note: Due to the extremely high sensitivity in this display mode, there will be a small number of digital displays if there is a small amount of residual alcohol gas in the instrument)
    4, if no alcohol is detected from the blow or does not do any tests within 30 seconds after booting, the instrument display changes from 000 to OFF.
    5, when the instrument shows OFF, need to restart the measurement.
    Five, precautions
    1) No smoke is allowed to blow into the pores; no liquid can be entered in the pores; and do not block the vents.
    2) Yellow light indicates that the power supply voltage is low, the battery needs to be replaced.
