    1. Construction process
    1) Construction schedule
    Normally, the amount of marking works can be completed every day in the main line construction.100-200 m2, 100-200 m2 per day for diversion line and 20 arrows per day for guiding arrows.
    2) Construction method
    Line marking workers are divided into two groups, namely, pavement cleaning and laying out group and line marking coating group. It is necessary to ensure that the road surface is dry and dust-free during construction.
    U Pavement Cleaning Setting-up Group: Firstly, the manual road sweeper is used to remove soil, floating dust and obstacles, dust, asphalt, oil or other harmful substances on the pavement, and the conductors are marked according to the requirements. There are many ways of marking traverse, one is to use rope to bounce grey line (i.e. bounce line package). This method is fast and simple, but it requires high technical requirements for markers, ensures the straightness of conductors by experience, and is prone to deviation, and gray line is easy to drop; the other method uses steel nails to pull leads, which can ensure better bending and straightness of conductors, but the progress is slightly slow. For all kinds of arrows and words, the above two methods are generally used, while for the lane edge line and demarcation line, the marking lofting car can be used for lofting. During construction, we will use it flexibly according to experience and specific conditions. The second step is to apply primer on one side of the conductor with a primer. The spraying method is better, the width of primer is the same, the film is uniform, and the adhesion is also good. When using hand brush style, we should master the moderate amount of paint, uniform brushing, no leakage, lace. After coating, it is dried for 5 to 10 minutes, and lifted and pulled into filaments by pressing down the finger. At this time, it can be regarded as the finished treatment of the road surface.
    U-marking coating group: when the cold-coated special road marking paint is put into the marking barrel, the construction can begin with the appropriate construction temperature. When marking, the marking car is coated with wires.
    3) Construction process control
    Before construction, the construction equipment should be carefully checked to ensure its normal operation.
    Before u-marking, the pavement should be inspected in the area ready for marking. The pavement marking area must be clean, otherwise it will affect the bonding. On the day of marking, we should pay attention to the weather conditions. When there is rain, wind and wet weather, we should not construct.
    When spraying, the road surface should be clean and dry, and the spraying work should be carried out in the daytime. Spraying should be suspended when the weather is wet and the dust is too big.
    All horizontal markings, legends, symbols and arrows should be uniformly coated with the template. The surface should be flat and the wet film thickness should meet the requirements of the drawings.
    In order to prevent paint from discoloration and thermal deterioration, long time high temperature heating should be avoided during the construction of U-marking line. Paint transportation distance should not be too long.
    When drawing the herringbone line, the mould used should be flat to ensure that the mould and the road surface are firmly adhered, so that the edges of the drawn line are neat. When drawing dashed lines, we should ensure that the marking car is moving at a uniform speed and straight, and the lines drawn should be beautiful.
    After construction, the U marking should be protected from pollution and damage until the marking is fully dry.
    Defective, improper construction, incorrect size or wrong location markings should be removed, pavement should be repaired, and materials should be replaced.
