SYJT-71 automatic remote control roadblock is an upgrading product of the old car blocker. Operational methods
1. When in use, the print of the equipment box is placed on the flat road face up, and the traction device is in the direction of deployment.
2. Open the link lock on both sides of the box.
3. Press the red power switch and turn on the power supply of the traction device.
4. Pull out the antenna of the remote controller, hold down the forward key (upper key) of the remote controller, and expand the nail belt until the required length to release the key. If you need to close the nail belt, press the back key (lower key), and loosen the key after closing.
5. When closing the box, press the red power switch to turn off the power supply.
6. Rise the box and match the traction device with the nail-belt box interface. Press the lock on both sides.
7. If the electromechanical fault can not be operated remotely, after opening the lock, the nail belt can be pulled out by the hand-held traction device, and the layout can be completed manually.
Matters needing attention
1. Because of the sharp nails, please be careful in operation and maintenance to prevent stabbing and scratching.
2. When laying out, we should try our best to choose the smooth section of the road surface.
3. When the nail belt is laid, a special person is required to guard it so as to avoid injuring pedestrians and vehicles by mistake.
4. Make sure the power supply is adequate and the remote control is normal before use.
5. Be sure to turn off the power supply after use.
6. The equipment must be charged more than 40 times on the same day after the standby time exceeds 24 hours, so as to prevent the equipment from being used normally due to excessive battery discharge.
7. When the indicator light of the remote controller shows red, it indicates that the battery power of the remote controller is insufficient and needs to be replaced in time, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the equipment.
8. Charging in constant voltage and trickle mode will not cause damage to equipment batteries due to long-term charging. The equipment can be used normally after charging for 5-6 hours. The equipment needs to be recharged when it is idle for more than two months.
9. It is strictly forbidden to give the reverse direction travel instructions abruptly in the process of remote control. Otherwise, the circuit or motor will be damaged due to the excessive instantaneous current.
10. It is strictly forbidden for any person to appear within 20 meters of the inertia direction of the intercepted vehicle and the nail belt, so as to avoid causing injury to the personnel due to the out-of-control of the vehicle after tire breakage.
11. There is a delay function in the circuit, and the remote control operator can control the appropriate amount of advance.
12. Do not fall, bump or trample on the equipment box in use, so as not to cause parts to fall off and damage.
13. This product is an electromechanical product. When using and storing, please pay attention to moistureproof, waterproof and sunscreen.
14. Be sure to insert the steel nail after confirming that there is type 0 rubber ring in the sleeve of the nail shaft, so as to avoid falling off during handling or using.
Judgment and Maintenance of General Faults
1. If there is a transmission failure in the blocker, please follow the following steps to check it:
(1) Check whether the equipment power supply is normal or not.
(2) Check whether the remote control power supply is normal
2. If the nail belt is deformed and the remote control of the equipment can not be properly retracted and released, the deformed part can be recovered by adjusting the deformed part by manual method.
3. The products are mechanical and electrical equipment. It is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to disassemble them by themselves.
