II. Usage
1. Make sure that the batteries in the remote control box are charged for enough time before use to make electricity available.
The source voltage is maintained between 11V and 13.5V.
2. In the section where the interception task is needed, open the box cover on the right side of the packing box of the blocking roadblock, roll out the obstacle roll, remove the loose hook used for fixing the roadblock, lean on the side of the roadside and roll towards the road surface of the vehicle to be intercepted.
3. Connect the connection between the remote controller and the roadblock head, insert one end of the two-meter three-core connecting cable into the roadblock head connecting jack, and the other end into the remote control box three-core connecting jack.
4. Open the top cover of the remote control box, turn the power switch to the built-in power supply, the power indicator lights on, the equipment enters the working state, and pull the left receiving antenna out and erect to increase the receiving distance.
5. When it is necessary to perform the task of intercepting suspect vehicles, press the big button at the top of the remote controller, and the stainless steel hollow needle in the roadblock will be automatically erected. If the wheel passes through the roadblock forcibly, it will be pierced into several stainless steel hollow needles. The tire will be deflated immediately within two seconds, so it can not continue to operate and can only stop.
6. After the interception mission, the stainless steel hollow needle is rotated back to its original position and turned into standby state by pressing the small button at the lower end of the remote controller.
7. Recovery of the road barrier with remote control, after rolling the road barrier round, fix the road barrier block with a loose hook belt, close the power switch of the remote control box, put the remote control box into the middle space of the road barrier block, hold the road barrier box with left hand, roll the road barrier block into the box with right hand, put the connecting cable into the box, and fasten the lid of the box.
8. The remote control roadblock is also equipped with an external power supply connection. When the power supply voltage in the remote control box is insufficient to work normally, one end of the 15M connecting cable can be inserted into the external power supply connection jack of the remote control box, the other end can be inserted into the 12V automobile cigarette lighter jack, and the power switch of the remote control box can be transferred to the external power supply position, and its operation and operation can be carried out. The same method is used.
9. Working indicator
(1) Power Indicator - When the remote control roadblock needs to perform the interception task, turn on the power switch in the remote control box, and the power indicator lights on.
(2) When the power supply in the remote control box is under 10.5V, the under-voltage indicator lights up and needs to be charged. When charging, the charging indicator lights on and the charging time is 8-12 hours.
(3) Charging indicator
When connecting 220V city power, charging indicator light is on, charging is normal, please turn off the power switch when charging.
(4) Red working lights
When the roadblock of remote control block is in the working state of interception, the red indicator light above the remote control box lights up, the interception task ends, the power supply is turned off, and the indicator light stops working.
