This product is made of flame retardant modified chlorinated butyl rubber cloth or flame retardant chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polycarbonate lenses, pressure exhaust valve, fire protection and chemical rubber shoes, gloves, etc. Applicable to toxic substances, radioactive substances, bacteria, viruses and other substances on the whole body and respiratory tract damage, applicable to chemical, nuclear rescue, overhaul, fire prevention and chemical workplaces.
Performance:
1. Antitoxicant mustard gas (droplet 95%). Non-penetrating
2. Hydrogen permeation. Impermeable
3. Resistance to organic solvents (solvent gasoline immersed for 15 minutes). Non stick
4. Anti-acid permeability: The samples were impermeable in 80% H2SO4.60% HNO 3.30% HCL solution for 1 hour, respectively.
5. Anti-alkali permeability: The sample is impermeable in 6.1 mol/L NaOH solution for 1 hour.
6. Thermal aging property: The sample does not stick at 125 C for 12 hours.
7. Strength performance: tear strength is greater than 32N.
8. Gasoline resistance: Samples soaked in 97 # gasoline for 20 minutes have no cracks and stickiness.
9. Flame retardancy: Flame burning time is less than 5 seconds, flameless burning time is less than 10 seconds and damage length is less than 10 cm.
10. Puncture resistance of sole: puncture resistance is more than 700N.
11. Electrical insulation performance of rubber boots: breakdown voltage not less than 5000V.
12. Air tightness: The pressure drop is not more than 30 Pa within 6 minutes after charging to 800Pa.
13. The thickness of the fabric is 0.45 & plusmn; 0.05.
14. Reignition time: <5 seconds.
15. Water penetration resistance: 3 3L/min sprinklers wash for 15 minutes without penetration.
16. Air tightness (> 10 seconds).
17. Quality (whole garment/set) is less than 7Kg.
18. Effective time for each wear: 40-50 minutes for 2 6L cylinders under 30Mpa condition.

Instructions:
1. Open the bag, take out the chemical suit and carefully open the zipper.
2. With the help of an assistant, the user first puts his feet into his pants, lifts them to his waist, then puts his hands into his sleeves, and puts on a protective headgear. The assistant carefully zips up the zipper (when the trousers'feet are long, the belt is tightened up) and jogs in situ. After squatting down correctly, he can enter the working area.
Matters needing attention:
1. Before use, we must carefully check whether the chemical protective clothing is damaged or not. If it is damaged, it is strictly forbidden to use it.
2. After each use, zipper is pulled up and then washed with soap water or 5% sodium carbonate and other disinfectant cleaners. Then rinse with clean water and put it in a cool and ventilated place to dry in the shade. When collecting, talc powder is thrown on to prevent sticking to each other.
3. Because the zipper can not be folded, attention should be paid to rolling the clothes into a roll when collecting.
4. If there is any damage, you can't repair it by yourself. Please send it back to our unit for repair. The warranty period is 1 year.
