    Main Technical Indicators

    1. Chemical penetration resistance:

    stayImmersion in 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO 3, 30% HCL, 30% HF, 6.1 mol/L NaOH solution for 1 hour is impermeable.

    2. Anti-gasoline properties: No cracks and no stickiness were found when soaked in 120 # gasoline for 5 minutes.

    3. The chemical protective clothing fabrics coated with PVC and chloroprene rubber have flame retardancy: flame burning time is less than 10S, flameless burning time is less than 10S, damage length is less than 10cm.

    4. Ageing resistance: No sticking or brittle cracking at 125 degrees Celsius for 24 hours.

    5. Cold resistance: Five minutes without cracks at - 40 degrees Celsius.

    6. Ventilation system distribution valve performance:

    Quantitative air supply flow:(5±1)L/min

    Hand-controlled air supply flow:≧30L/min

    7. When the flow rate is 30L/min, the ventilation resistance is (100-200) PA.

    8. Semi-enclosed chemical protective clothing has anti-seepage property.

    9. Chemical-proof rubber boots of chemical-proof clothing have the properties of acid-proof, alkali-proof, penetration-proof, cutting-proof, skid-proof and smash-proof. Its anti-chemical gloves have the properties of anti-acid, alkali chemical penetration and high dexterity.

    II. Usage

    1. Use method of air-tight chemical protective clothing

    1) Firstly, wear air respirator according to the instructions of positive pressure fire air respirator.

    2) Pull the seal zipper of the chemical protective clothing open, first extend into the right foot, then extend into the left foot, pull the protective clothing to half of the waist, and then air respirator over the backpack cover.

    3) Connect the special three-way fast joint with the plug socket of positive pressure fire air breather, and connect the two fast sockets with the fast joint of supply valve and distribution valve of ventilation system respectively. Open the cylinder switch and wear the full cover of the air respirator.

    4) Take a few breaths first, confirm that breathing and everything else are normal, then wear a large field of vision conjoined head mask, and pull the air tight zipper.

    5) Press the manual button of the ventilation system distribution valve on the left upper chest outside the chemical suit and start to inflate rapidly into the chemical suit. After about 30 seconds, the chemical suit will bulge up. At this time, it can enter the work site.

    6) After the completion of the operation, take off the chemical suit and air respirator in the safety zone. The operation procedure is as follows:

    A. Open the air-tight zipper, remove the large field of vision conjoined head cover, take off two sleeves.

    B. Remove the full cover, close the cylinder switch, and separate the special tee from the quick joint or quick socket of the air respirator, supply valve and ventilation system distribution valve.

    C. Take off the chemical suit and air respirator.

    2. Usage of semi-enclosed chemical protective clothing

    1) Pull the seal zipper of the chemical suit open, extend into the left foot first, then put on two sleeves, wear a good hood, and pull the seal zipper.

    2) Wear air respirator according to the instructions of positive pressure fire air respirator.

    3) Open the beginning of the cylinder and wear the full cover of the air respirator, so that the full cover and the head cover of the chemical suit are sealed well. Try breathing several times, confirm that the respirator and everything else is normal, and then enter the work site.

    4) When the work is finished, it should be unloaded in the safety zone. The order of unloading is to remove the full cover of the air respirator, close the cylinder switch, unload the air respirator, and finally open the sealing zipper and take off the chemical suit.
