The results of the study on dogs and sheep showed that the mortality rate of water blast injury was as high as 40-70%. The main target organs of injury and death were lungs and intestines. The impulse thresholds for different degrees of injury were 322.6-579.8 (kPa · ms), and the severity was 247.8-322.6 (kPa · ms) and the moderate degree was 142.0-214.3 (kPa · midd; ms). Ot; ms) mild: 121.1-142.0 (kPa & middot; ms).
The effective rejection distance is designed according to 150.0 (kPa & middot; ms) and can be repeatedly attacked.
Device composition: control cabinet, constant current high voltage power supply, energy storage capacitor, energy controller, high voltage cable, energy converter, trigger, output directional cylinder, shell, nitrogen cylinder, power supply cable and power supply; working mode is external trigger constant voltage work. The controller is placed on the water surface to charge, aim and trigger the energy storage capacitor. The constant current and high voltage power supply, the energy storage capacitor, the trigger and the energy controller are placed in the sealed outer shell. The shell can be placed in the patrol boat or underwater fixed platform, and the directional output cylinder can be placed on the side of the patrol boat, manually rotating and aiming, or on the underwater platform, electric control and aiming.
    1. Active underwater rejector
Pulse power driver and transducer are integrated by ship, buoy and other devices, and power supply and operation are controlled by cable. When the refusal device is placed underwater through a cable, it can be powered by a cable or battery, and operates in a set mode. Through the joint operation of multiple refusal devices, the refusal loop can be formed in the protected area (oil exploration, drilling, oil production platform, export of military port).
When the effective rejection radius is 50 m, the device can store 15 kJ of energy, and the working frequency is 0.1-1 times per minute.

    2. Ship-borne arrester
Pulse power driving source is separated from transducer. Pulse power driving source is placed in patrol boat. Pulse high voltage is output to transducer by high voltage cable. The transducer adopts directional barrel and is placed on the support of the edge of the boat. After aiming at underwater frogman, the shock wave attack is output. See figure.
When the effective rejection radius is 50m, the ship-borne rejection device can store 15 kJ of energy and work continuously at a frequency of 0.1-1 times per minute. It can work single time.

    3. Underwater Fixed Blocker
The underwater rejector is mounted on the underwater rock base. The pulsed power source outputs the electric energy to the transducer through the high-voltage cable. The transducer attacks the frogman by directional shock wave output.

When the effective rejection radius is 80 m, the underwater rejection device can store 30 kJ energy and work continuously at a frequency of 0.1-1 times per minute. It can work single time.
