Helioworks provides infrared bulbs to OEM customers, including the NIR Spectroscopy, non-light-divider gas sensors (NDIR), in medical, industrial, scientific and other fields, including CO, CO2, NO, Detection of harmful gases such as SO2 hydrocarbons, infrared equipment calibration (thermal calibration), infrared identification markers (thermal markers), pyrotechnic indications (thermal beacons), and many other uses.
Helioworks has three main ranges of stable-state radiation sources:
1) EK series of high-emission, steady-state Kanthal Cansals filament shimmer, available in windowless, sapphire, CaF2, ZnSe and other packages
2) EP series high temperature tungsten wire pulse infrared light source, at the same time can be stable state operation, only provide sapphire window package (see pulsed electromodulation infrared radiation source)
3) EF series pulsed infrared light source, while able to work in a steady state, can provide windowless, sapphire, CaF2, ZnSe and other packaging (see pulsed electrical modulation infrared radiation source)
All products are packaged according to TO-8 standard, and built-in gold-plated reflective cavity to increase the output energy in near-infrared, the company is constantly developing new products to meet customer needs.
