Basic structure:
The inspection system consists of six functional components: portable X-ray source, X-ray tube, image receiver, notebook computer and battery charger.
1. Portable X-ray Sources and Components
A. Portable X-ray source can send X-rays through the measured object by connecting the control cable to the image receiver.
B. X-ray tube: professional sealed cold cathode X-ray tube.
2. Image receiver: connect to laptop computer through a 50m signal cable (network cable), and connect to X-ray through another control cable. The image receiver receives the signal from the laptop and controls the portable X-ray source to emit X-ray through the control cable. Then the recorded image is transmitted to the laptop for display and processing.
3. Laptop for Image Display and Processing: It is the console of the whole system. It receives X-ray images and carries out post-processing.
4 Battery charger: It is powered by 220V AC power supply. The charging battery of X-ray source and image receiver can be charged by special connecting cable.
