Product characteristics:
1. Excellent fatigue and friction resistance: Due to the weak interchain force and plastic slip between chains of polyethylene fibers, the fatigue and friction resistance of polyethylene fibers are excellent.
2. Light resistance and ultraviolet resistance are good: there is no light-absorbing group in polyethylene fibers, light resistance and ultraviolet resistance are good, and light radiation has little effect on mechanical properties.
3. Excellent chemical stability: UHMWPE fibers are insoluble in general organic solvents, acid and alkali resistance, oil pollution resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent chemical stability.
4. Low density: the density of polyethylene fiber is 0.97g/cm3, which is 1/8 of steel and 2/3 of aramid.
