    HFM-III Hand-Foot Surface Contamination Monitor

    HFM-III alpha beta hand and foot surface contamination monitor is mainly used in radiation control channels of nuclear power plants or related nuclear facilities. It monitors the surface contamination of the hands and feet of workers from the control area in order to detect contamination in time and prevent the transfer of contamination.     Its main functions are:

    Product characteristics:
    This instrument chooses flat-plate flow gas proportional counter as detector, which has the characteristics of simple maintenance, long service life and good energy response. It is convenient to use radiation source to check whether the instrument is working properly. The instrument can monitor the contamination on the surfaces of the hands and feet of the human body through a single measurement (3-10 s). If there is contamination on the surface of hands and feet, the instrument will automatically alarm and point out the specific parts of the contamination. The whole monitoring process of the instrument is fully automated.
