RMD-1 is a high-performance pulse-induced metal detector, which can be connected to almost all underwater robots or underwater towing systems. Pulse induction technology allows RMD-1 to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metal objects beneath the seabed, ignoring minerals in seawater. Remote metal detectors can locate and track underwater pipelines, find lost tools and objects, locate weapons and unexploded ordnance, and find lost treasures.
