Overhauser proton magnetometer provides high resolution output. The noise level is comparable to that of optical pump magnetometer. It is more accurate than the standard proton magnetometer. When mounted on Navigator sonar imaging and navigation systems, proton magnetometer PRO-MAG becomes the ultimate instrument for locating iron materials buried in the bottom. The magnetometer PRO-MAG mounted on NAVIGATOR allows operators to locate iron-bearing objects buried underground that cannot be detected by other methods, navigate precisely along the route, and locate objects in front of them using forward-looking sonar.
