FBG-G1.5-JT401 explosion-proof tank is composed of tank body, reinforcing rib, roller and so on. The tank is a metal tank with an open upper end.

The section structure of the tank body from inside to outside is as follows: 16mm steel plate + 0.8mm stainless steel decorative plate, the tank body is made of 16mm steel plate (arc) and the tank body is welded in an integral way; the inner diameter of the explosion-proof tank is 530mm, the outer diameter is 560mm, the depth of the tank is 650mm, the height of the tank is 730mm, the hooks and explosives are installed in the tank, and the outer bottom of the tank is welded in 2 mm. The reinforcing rib is made of 5 mm steel plate. Four rollers are installed on the reinforcing rib. The total weight of the tank body is 200 KG.
