The section shape of the tank body is: the side surface is made of 15mm thick steel plate; the bottom of the tank is made of 15mm thick steel plate (curved surface) +10mm thick steel plate.
The explosion-proof tank is formed by welding the circumference and bottom of the tank. The inner diameter of the explosion-proof tank is 630mm, the outer diameter is 660mm, the depth of the tank is 654mm and the height of the tank is 747mm.
Explosives pockets are installed in the tank, and four casters are installed at the bottom of the tank. The total weight of explosion-proof tank is 270KG. The shipment is packed in wooden boxes with a packing weight of about 290KG.
Explosion-proof performance: 1.5kg TNT powder (density 1.55g/cm3-1.6g/cm3) is placed in the pocket of explosive in the explosion-proof tank. The distance between the geometric center of the explosive block and the bottom of the inner tank is 218mm. The explosion is triggered by No. 8 electric mine. After blasting, the outer tank is complete, without cracks and perforations.
No combustion, smoke, dumping and other phenomena occurred in the tank body, and no attachments fell off.
The maximum shape size of tank body is 660 mm*762 mm; inside diameter: 630 mm; outside diameter: 660 mm cylinder height: 747 mm; small size, strong explosion resistance. If no explosion occurs, it can be stored for life with a life-long warranty. The product has passed the inspection by the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Special Police Equipment of the Ministry of Public Security. The results of the inspected items meet the requirements of the fixed explosion-proof tank with explosion equivalent of 1.5 kg TNT in the explosion-proof tank GA 871-2010.
