1. If there is no morphine, methamphetamine or its metabolites in the sample, the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold binds to the membrane antigen to form three red lines: a quality control line C, a morphine response line MOR and a methamphetamine response line.METThe results showed that both morphine and methamphetamine were negative.
2. If there are morphine, methamphetamine or their metabolites in the samples, and the concentration is higher than the detection level (morphine is higher than 300 ng/ml, methamphetamine is higher than 300 ng/ml).1000ng/ml) When the drug molecule competes with the colloidal gold labelled antibody, it prevents the colloidal gold labelled antibody from binding with the membrane antigen, and makes the corresponding red reaction lines disappear (MOR, MET reaction lines disappear), only a red quality control line (C) appears, indicating that the results of the test are positive for morphine and methamphetamine.
3. If there is only morphine or its metabolites in the sample, but no methamphetamine and its metabolites, and the concentration is higher than the level of morphine detection (300ng/ml), the corresponding red reaction line MOR disappears and only the quality control line (C) and methamphetamine reaction line appear.（METThe results showed that morphine was positive.
4. If there is only methamphetamine or its metabolites in the sample, but no morphine and its metabolites, and the concentration is higher than the detection level of methamphetamine (1000ng/ml), the corresponding red reaction line will be obtained.METOnly quality control line (C) and morphine response line appeared.（MORThe results showed that methamphetamine was positive.
5. If there is no quality control line (C) in the test result, no matter whether there is morphine response line or not.（MORMethamphetamine reaction line（METThe test results are considered invalid and should be re-tested.
The card is simple to operate and does not need any instruments and equipment. It can detect morphine, methamphetamine and its metabolites in human urine quickly and sensitively. [Operating steps]Open the sealed aluminium foil bag, take out the required test card, place it flat at room temperature, and use plastic straw to absorb it.2~3Dropping urine samples (60-80 ul) were slowly dripped into the sampling hole. [Notes]
