The star system consists of satellite network, ground network and mobile terminal, which can provide voice and data communication anywhere in the world, including the north and south poles. The system has 66 low-orbit satellites distributed on six polar planes and 11 working satellites on the polar plane. The satellite orbits the Earth at an altitude of 780 kilometers per hour at a speed of 27,000 km/h, orbiting the Earth around 100 minutes or so. Each satellite is cross-linked with four other satellites, two on the same orbital plane and two in the adjacent orbit.
