3G Wireless Transmission Technology: Three Global 3G Standards
IS2000 standard is adopted, but the bandwidth is still 1.25M. The maximum data transmission rate can reach 153.6kb/s. 3G (3XRTT) system adopts IS2000 standard and has 5M bandwidth. The maximum data transmission rate can reach 2Mb/s. That is to say, the 1XRTT system is a transitional system from IS-95 to 3G.
The 1XRTT system is compared with the existing IS-95 system. 1. The fast paging channel is added to increase the standby time of the mobile phone. 2. Fully backward compatible IS-95 system. 3. Two kinds of power control are added to increase the system capacity by 1.5 times. The IS-95 system supports 22 users per sector and the 1XRTT system supports 34 users per sector. 4. The bandwidth is still 1.25M, and the maximum data transmission rate can reach 153.6kb/s.
3G wireless transmission technology: TDMA
Description: Time Division Multiple Access is the second generation wireless communication technology (2G technology). Data transmission rate: voice and data reach 9.6 kbps. Advantages and disadvantages: low power consumption, but only one-way transmission, its transmission rate can not be compared with 3G technology.
