HAB-80 netting instrument (fishing net positioning and tracking instrument) uses advanced AIS technology (automatic ship identification system) to transmit combined data, including unique coding, ship name information and GPS data of fishing net input by pre-programming. These data can only be effectively received and displayed by vessels equipped with AIS equipment, so that the fishing nets equipped with HAB-80 can be easily identified and retrieved. It can also avoid collision accidents by other ships.
