Universal lifting rodOur company independently developed a multi-segment telescopic rod with cylinder as the core. The product has the characteristics of multi-section synchronous expansion, high load, high adaptability, low failure rate and low sloshing rate. Technical Introduction:
In terms of working principle and technical characteristics, the mast is equivalent to a multi-section cylinder. When in use, air is injected and discharged into the cylinder to realize the upward and downward motion of each section of the cylinder.
Each cylinder is made of high-quality aluminium alloy material. The whole manufacturing process includes extrusion forming, cold drawing, honing, machining, anodic oxidation and other technologies. The quality of mast is guaranteed through strict inspection procedures.

The specifications of masts are determined according to the number of knots, the maximum outside diameter of knots, the initial height and the maximum height. The technical performance of masts with different specifications is different.

Our company has the advantages of pneumatic lifting rod:
1. Low failure rate
The mast is made of national grade aluminium alloy 6061, 6063 and stainless steel. It is driven by air pressure and has cylinder inside. It has simple structure, much lower failure rate than other driving modes, and easy to use and maintain. The other internal structure is complex, and it is easy to produce the phenomenon of wire rope winding. After rising, it is difficult to descend.
2. Light weight
Internal reduction of gear and steel wire accessories, the use of air pressure as a driving force, does not increase the weight of self-weight. For example, the weight of the 6-meter electric lifting rod is 80 KG, while that of the 6-meter pneumatic lifting rod is only 30 KG, which greatly reduces the damage of the lifting rod to the vehicle chassis.
3. Good sealing, dust and sand control
Pneumatic lifting mast requires higher sealing requirements, so the sealing is the best, which can effectively reduce sand, gravel, etc. into the rod body, scraping the rod surface.
4. Rotation-proof
Each section is connected by a guide key, and the whole body can prevent rotation at any height.
5. Small wind swing
Because the pneumatic rod adopts a high-sealed protective ring, the mechanical gap between the nodes is very small. When the rod rises, it has high stability and is not easy to sway. At present, the realizable sway of our company is less than & plusmn; 30mm. And the minimum swing of other rods is less than & plusmn; 200 mm
6. Strong environmental adaptability
The mast is made of aluminium alloy, stainless steel and other materials. Its surface is treated by anodic hardening. It is anti-corrosion and rust-proof. It is not afraid of saltwater, immersion and ultraviolet radiation. The working temperature range of pneumatic lifting rod is - 55 ~80 C. The electric lifting rod is only - 50 ~70 C.
7. Important load
The maximum load of the pneumatic lifting rod can reach 500 kg, while the other rods are only about 200 kg.
8. High safety
The pneumatic lifting rod adopts pneumatic lifting, which has pneumatic protection inside the rod body, causes accidents and pneumatic cushioning protection, and will not fall down directly from a height of more than 10 meters. The other rods are different because of the wire rope inside, after lifting, the high load plus the weight of the rod body, the steel wire will easily come out because of the high load for a long time. The rod falls directly from high altitude, causing damage to antenna equipment.
